What should I include in my enquiry?
The extension you are asking about, your Magento version and edition, whether the storefront uses Luma or Hyvä, and the PHP version. A few sentences is enough to start.
I bought an extension and need help. Where do I go?
Open a ticket from the support page while signed in to your account. Tickets go to the developers who wrote the module. Mention the Magento and PHP versions and the extension version you have installed.
