Custom order numbers and order grid tools
The free Order Tools module sets custom order numbers, as well as invoice, shipment and credit memo numbers, per store view: prefix, suffix, padding, start value and an optional yearly or monthly restart. It also adds extra order grid columns, a test order flag and guarded order deletion with an audit log. Everything that changes behaviour is off until you switch it on, and changing the settings never renumbers existing documents.
Returns and RMA in the Magento admin
Returns & RMA lets customers and guests request returns from their orders on Luma and Hyvä, with a reason and condition per item, photos and a choice of refund or exchange. Your team approves, receives and refunds the return in the admin, and every step is logged and emailed. The return window is set in days and can count from the delivery date when a carrier module provides one.
DHL, DPD and Royal Mail labels from your orders
The shipping modules connect Magento to your own carrier account. You create labels, return labels and tracking from the order view and the order grid, and offer pickup points at checkout where the carrier has them.
- DHL Shipping (coming soon): DHL Paket Germany labels in PDF or ZPL, return labels, tracking, and post office and parcel shop delivery at checkout.
- DPD Shipping: DPD Germany with DPD Pickup parcel shops at checkout, multi-parcel PDF and ZPL labels, tracking with delivery dates and return labels.
- Royal Mail Shipping (coming soon): sends orders to Royal Mail Click & Drop and gets the label and tracking number back, with Tracked 24 and 48 and return labels.
DPD has been tested against DPD's public test system. DHL Shipping and Royal Mail Shipping are not on sale yet: leave your e-mail address on the coming soon page to hear when they are released.
Questions and answers
Can I change the order number format without affecting old orders?
Yes. Order Tools never renumbers existing orders, invoices, shipments or credit memos. Only new documents use the new format.
Do the shipping modules work without a carrier contract?
No. They use your own carrier account: a DHL business customer account, a DPD Germany contract with web service access, or a Royal Mail Click & Drop account. Royal Mail labels through the API need an Online Business Account.
Can guests request a return?
Yes. Guests find their order with the order number, email address and billing postcode, and then follow signed links that expire.
